Our CUMC UMW is off on a new adventure! We
started 3 new circles in the fall. Our scrapbook circle meets twice
a month, the 2nd & 4th Thursdays.... make a resolution and join us
to create fabulous memories with your photos! Our craft circle also
started. We have crocheted and made jewelry so far. We meet on the
1st Tuesday of the month (check the calendar for dates, place &
time). Last, but not least, we started dancing. Salsa, disco,
cha-cha-cha and more. This group meets on the 4th Thursday at 7.
This group will help you lose some of those holiday pounds. Our
Book club continues to meet on the last Tuesday of the month, check
the calendar for times and books. Don't forget about
Sunlight, Starlight and Candlelight circles, they are all working to
support the goals of United Methodist Women.
We
created these new groups to serve the women of our church and
community better. Please take advantage of these new opportunities
and come join us.
One of
our goals is to be a Mission Today Unit. For more information about
these goals visit
Mission Today.
Another
goal is to participate in the Reading Program. For information about
this program visit

books. We will have books available at General Meetings.
